My journey into fitness began with a deep passion for health and wellness that was nurtured from a young age in Pennsylvania. As a student-athlete, I thrived in various sports and developed a fascination with the science of physical performance. After earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science, with a focus on Corporate Fitness, from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, I committed myself to helping others achieve healthier lives. With over 13 years of experience in personal training, group fitness, and corporate wellness, I’ve had the honor of guiding countless individuals towards their fitness goals and witnessing their transformative journeys.

My fitness journey is fueled by a profound passion for health and a data-driven methodology. Growing up in Pennsylvania, my involvement in various sports ignited my interest in physical performance science.
